About Us, and Who We Are.

We can ship all but the largest items to most parts of the world.  Instruments are securely packed using appropriate bubble wrap and stiff card containers.  (Wooden packing boxes are available only by request; please ask for quote).   Items are usually dispatched within 48 hours (working days) of payment being cleared. 

If you would like to purchase an instrument please email in the first instance to establish availability and reserve.  The website is regularly updated on the main pages.   All instruments purchased by post are returnable for full refund (excluding postage, bank charges etc) if returned undamaged within 5 days of receipt.

Please read our Returns Policy. The purchaser is deemed to have read and understood this.

We are happy to receive visitors to view, but by appointment only please. Due to other musical activities we are not always available during normal hours, so out of hours contact/ viewing is always possible at reasonable times.  We are based near Tunbridge Wells, Kent (UK).  The M25 motorway is about 20 minutes away.

An instrument can be reserved for 5 days without commitment to purchase.  For longer reservations, a holding fee of 10% per month would be payable; this is non-returnable but would be part payment for the instrument.


Discounts. We can usually give 5% discount for 2 items, and 10% for 3 or more purchased. We regret this cannot be applied to items under £50, or items already offered at a discount: e g Sale Items and items offered on the Project Page.
