A mid 19th century, Romantic period French parlour guitar. Figure 8 peg head tuning. Ebony veneered neck. Attractive mother of pearl and ebony inlay to the sound hole and table edges Inlaid ebony moustache bridge. Maple ribs and well figured one piece back. A straight neck. Plays nicely. Some old restorations to the back join and lower back. Blemishes and wear to the finish. Replacement pegs. String playing length 65cm. Lower bout width 29.8cm. Back length 45.5cm. Width at nut 4.6cm. No apparent makers name. £1675
