French Horn

Probably 19th c. and stamped Wm Brown on a valve, and inscription on the bell (which is in part almost illegible) mentions A W Gilmer of Birmingham, possibly the distributor. There is also an inscription in French around the garland of the bell. It's in need of a shank and mouthpiece, but it blows well. The tops of the valves are missing but all three move easily. Some creasing to the bell and there has been some very neat patching (see pictures)
